Week 2

Week beginning 09/01/17

This week we welcomed our new starters who managed the transition into nursery very well.

Our focus for the week was 'Winter'. We learnt about the 'signs' of winter; the weather, what to look for in the outdoors, keeping warm in winter, and looking more closely at snowflakes. We were lucky to experience lots of frost and very cold conditions this week! Our book focus for the week was 'Polar Bear, Polar Bear, what do you hear?'.
