We have recently started a topic based on 'Stone age to Iron age'. During our first lesson we learnt why it is referred to as the Stone Age, and some of the different challenges of survival for early man. We learnt about the tools they would use when hunting. Mrs Bewsher asked us to create our own adverts, based on the bow and arrow, and to comsider the advantages of this tool over the others of the time. Take a look at our work...

Enough For Everyone: 

 

 Our topic for this half-term is geography based. We are learning about the world around us and how we can minimise the waste we produce and reduce pollution. During today's lesson, we learned about the different kinds of power stations which produce electricity. We located the main power stations in the U.K using an atlas and transferred them on to our own maps...
